Virtual Cooking Class

Vietnamese cuisine is greatly admired for its fresh ingredients, minimal use of dairy and oil, complementary textures, and reliance on herbs and vegetables. It is reflective of the Vietnamese lifestyle, from the preparation to how the food is served. Together we will do the steps of the recipe and I will give tips and suggestions, while we can have a good conversation about Vietnam, about the food and the tradition. Vegetarian/vegan/gluten free options are available!

Ms. My is very passionate about cooking and very knowledgeable, as she also has experience in the culinary scene before opening up her cooking school. She also speaks fluent English! After preparing each course, you get to enjoy it in your own dining room. I definitely recommend this cooking class if you prefer a more intimate class, rather than a group of 20.I highly recommend everyone to come here, rather than wasting your time trying to find a better cooking course!!

My first take us to visit the market , not just buying materials, she will be very careful to introduce a variety of ingredients and differences in the origin, let me know a lot of Vietnamese vegetable. We take a taxi to the cooking classroom The classroom is very cute, cooking in the class is comfortable . They provided a ice herbal tea, let us refreshing Ingredients will be washed by the assistant , we just follow the instructions to cook. My very patient, but also a good teacher :)

This new cooking school on the Ho Chi Minh City/Saigon scene has all of the trademarks of an ideal learning environment: 1) Passionate, skilled teacher, 2) Plenty of tools and equipment, 3) Facility that matches the purpose, and 4) Small student-teacher ratio. As an educator myself, this was really important because it was proof they were interested in teaching, rather than the just the commercial aspect of the operation. The food was also terrific: high-quality ingredients with explanations.
